Closure of the 2012

I wanted to post one last blog before we close for 2011-2012 school year. I can't thank you enough for all the support throughout this year. We have gained a lot of neat experiences and the top was the Best Practice Grant the classroom was awarded for our Science collaboration with the High School. The children gained many skills by caring for and learning about the animals. I was so impressed with how they presented last Thursday. We are looking forward to our final field trip on Monday. From our whole staff have a safe and wonderful summer! We will miss our Kindergartners to be and welcome back those returning!

I can't believe spring break is over and we are looking towards the end of the year! How time flies! Here are a few reminders for the next several months:

March 28: Class pictures (wear anything you want)
March 29: Kindergarten Parent night
April 3: Literacy night starting with supper at 5:30. If possible please bring your child for our Nursery Rhyme skits and a fun night
April 5: Kindergarten screening
April 30: Spring concert and video @ 6:30
May 3: Parent Day to showcase our Science animals at the high school. AM class 10:45-11:15 and PM class 2:15-2:45
May 14: Trip to the Zoo and program with high school students
May 16: Last day of school
